De vzw BCCMA (hierna ‘BCCMA’ of ‘wij’), organisator van de beurs Mobicar te Brussels Expo en eigenaar van de website www.mobicar.be, beschouwt uw privacy als een prioriteit. In die optiek verbinden wij ons ertoe om de persoonsgegevens van onze online gebruikers (hierna ‘u’) met de grootste zorg te behandelen en ze de best mogelijke bescherming te bieden in overeenstemming met de Europese GDPR wetgeving rond de verwerking en bescherming van persoonsgegevens.

Deze privacyverklaring is van toepassing op alle persoonsgegevens die worden verkregen via deze website. Door gebruik te maken van deze website accepteert u dit privacybeleid.

Verwerkingsverantwoordelijke

De verwerkingsverantwoordelijke voor uw persoonsgegevens is de vzw BCCMA waarvan de maatschappelijke zetel gevestigd is te 1150 Brussel, St-Michielskollegestraat 11 bus 22, ingeschreven in de KBO onder het nr. 0476.806.765. Elke vraag of elk verzoek over de verwerking van uw gegevens kan naar het volgende e-mailadres gestuurd worden: bccma@bccma.be.

Doeleinden voor de verzameling van uw persoonsgegevens

We verzamelen persoonsgegevens over u om verschillende redenen.

BCCMA verzamelt en gebruikt uw persoonsgegevens om doeltreffend te kunnen werken en u de best mogelijke ervaring met haar diensten te kunnen bieden. Enkel die persoonsgegevens worden verzameld die nodig zijn om aan een bepaald deel van onze dienstverlening te voldoen of om u informatie door te sturen.

Daarnaast dient u ook te weten dat we uw persoonsgegevens alleen kunnen verzamelen en gebruiken, als dit gebruik gebaseerd is op een van de juridische fundamenten die door de wetgeving bepaald werd (bv. uw instemming of de uitvoering van een met ons gesloten overeenkomst).

Uw persoonsgegevens worden door BCCMA verwerkt ten behoeve van de volgende doeleinden en rechtsgronden:

  1. Het beheer van de klantenrelatie (customer relationship management): wanneer u een e-mail of andere berichten naar ons verzendt, is het mogelijk dat we die berichten bewaren. Soms vragen wij u naar uw persoonlijke gegevens die voor de desbetreffende situatie relevant zijn. Dit maakt het mogelijk uw vragen te verwerken en uw verzoeken te beantwoorden.
  2. Voor marketing en statistische studies ten aanzien van onze online gebruikers met name:
    • Voor de verzending van nieuwsbrieven over verschillende topics gerelateerd aan het Salon Mobicar en onze organisatie
    • Voor de verzending van uitnodigingen voor (andere) beurzen en/of evenementen waar BCCMA in betrokken zou kunnen zijn
    • Voor de verzending van verzoeken tot deelname aan tevredenheidsenquêtes
    • Als hulpmiddel voor het opstellen van een doeltreffend mediaplan
  3. Organisatie van prijsvragen: de gegevens van de deelnemers aan een prijsvraag worden door BCCMA verwerkt ter verzekering van een goed verloop van de wedstrijd en meer bepaald om met de winnaars contact te kunnen opnemen en hen hun prijs op een doeltreffende en snelle manier te kunnen overhandigen.
  4. De reservering en verspreiding van toegangsbewijzen voor beurzen en evenementen gerelateerd aan Mobicar en BCCMA, zowel online als aan het loket.

Welke gegevens verzamelen we over u?

Hieronder gaan we in detail in op de persoonsgegevens die we mogelijks verzamelen over u, de reden voor hun verzameling, de manier waarop ze verzameld worden (rechtstreeks door u verstrekte gegevens, informatie die met uw toestemming verzameld wordt of gegevens die door onze informaticasystemen verzameld worden).

Wij maken op onze website gebruik van cookies. Een cookie is een eenvoudig klein bestand dat een website via de browser opslaat op uw harde schrijf. In een cookie zit informatie opgeslagen.

De meeste webbrowsers zijn standaard ingesteld om cookies te accepteren, maar u kunt uw browser opnieuw instellen om alle cookies te weigeren of om aan te geven wanneer een cookie wordt verzonden. Het delen van uw persoonsgegevens met onze dienstverleners, partners en/of onderaannemers

In het kader van onze activiteiten kan het gebeuren dat we uw persoonsgegevens delen. Onze dienstverleners, partners en/of onderaannemers kunnen toegang hebben tot uw persoonsgegevens voor de verwerkingsverrichtingen die zij uitvoeren. Hieronder vindt u de lijst van onderaannemers met wie we uw gegevens delen, de plaats waar zij gevestigd zijn en de reden waarom we de informatie in kwestie met hen delen.

Het spreekt daarbij voor zich dat we dat desgevallend altijd zodanig zullen doen dat een optimale bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens verzekerd is.

– het versturen van nieuwsbrieven over verschillende topics gerelateerd aan het Salon Mobicar en onze organisatie
– het sturen van uitnodigingen voor beurzen en/of evenementen waar BCCMA in betrokken zou kunnen zijn
– het sturen van verzoeken om deel te nemen aan tevredenheidsenquêtes
– als hulpmiddel voor het opstellen van een doeltreffend mediaplan
HypE, Leuven Onderhoud van infrastructuur en systemen

Andere uitzonderlijke gevallen voor het delen van uw persoonlijke gegevens:

  • Met overheidsinstanties, als antwoord op wettelijke verzoeken, inclusief om aan eisen op het vlak van de nationale veiligheid of in toepassing van de wet tegemoet te komen.

 

  • In het kader van een transactie, zoals een fusie, een overname, een consolidatie of een verkoop van activa, kan het gebeuren dat wij uw persoonsgegevens met de kopers of verkopers dienen te delen.

Wij delen uw gegevens niet met commerciële partners die u producten of diensten zouden willen aanbieden.

Hoelang bewaren wij uw persoonsgegevens?

BCCMA bewaart de persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor het doel waarvoor deze zijn verstrekt dan wel op grond van de wet is vereist. De persoonsgegevens worden
verwijderd uit ons bestand na maximaal 5 jaar van inactieve periode.

Rechten ter bescherming van uw persoonsgegevens

Zoals voorzien door de privacy wetgeving, kan u steeds uw gegevens kosteloos laten aanpassen/ verwijderen.

U heeft recht op inzage en recht op correctie of verwijdering van de persoonsgegeven welke wij van u ontvangen hebben. Onderaan dit privacy statement staan onze contactgegevens.

Tevens kunt u bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens (of een deel hiervan) door ons of door één van onze verwerkers.

Ook heeft u het recht om de door u verstrekte gegevens door BCCMA te laten overdragen aan uzelf of in opdracht van u direct aan een andere partij.

Wij kunnen u vragen om u te legitimeren voordat wij gehoor kunnen geven aan voornoemde verzoeken.

BCCMA streeft ernaar om uw persoonsgegevens zo goed als mogelijk te beschermen. Dit gebeurt zowel door technische als organisationele maatregelen, zo hebben we bijvoorbeeld de volgende maatregelen genomen:

  • Alle personen die namens BCCMA van uw gegevens kennis kunnen nemen, zijn gehouden aan geheimhouding daarvan.
  • Er worden back-ups gemaakt van persoonsgegevens om deze te kunnen herstellen bij fysieke of technische incidenten.
  • Onze medewerkers zijn geïnformeerd over het belang van de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.


Hoe kunt u uw rechten op uw gegevens uitoefenen?

Hiertoe volstaat het om een e-mail te versturen naar bccma@bccma.be, daarbij uw naam en voornaam alsook als onderwerp “recht op bescherming van mijn persoonsgegevens” te vermelden en als bijlage bij uw e-mail een kopie van de recto-zijde van uw identiteitskaart te voegen. Vergeet niet om in uw e-mail de respectieve bestanden en het type van verzoek te preciseren (aanpassing/verwijdering/overdracht van uw gegevens).

U vindt ook onderaan iedere mailing de mogelijkheid om uw gegevens aan te passen of om u af te melden van bijvoorbeeld een nieuwsbrief.

We collect personal data about you for various reasons.

BCCMA collects and uses your personal data to be able to work efficiently and offer you the best possible experience with its services.

Moreover, you should know that we can only collect and use your personal data if this use is based on one of the legal grounds defined by the GDPR (e.g. your consent or the performance of a contract concluded with you).

Your personal data will be processed by BCCMA for the following purposes and legal grounds:

  1. For customer relationship management: when you send an e-mail or other messages to us, we may keep those messages. Sometimes we ask you for your personal details that are relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible to process your questions and answer your requests.
  2. Marketing and statistical studies with regard to our online users, in particular:
    • sending newsletters about various topics related to BCCMA and the trade fair(s) organised by BCCMA;
    • sending invitations to trade fairs and/or events related to BCCMA;
    • sending requests to take part in satisfaction surveys;
    • as a tool for setting up an effective media plan.
  3. Organisation of competitions: the data of participants in a competition are processed by BCCMA to ensure that the competition runs smoothly and more specifically to be able to contact the winners and present them with their prize efficiently and quickly.
  4. The reservation and distribution of admission tickets for trade fairs and events related to Mobicar and BCCMA, both online and at the counter.

We do not share your data with commercial partners who may want to offer you products or services.

How long do we keep your personal data ?

BCCMA does not store personal data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was provided or required by law. The personal data will be removed from our database after maximum 5 years of inactive period.

Your rights to protect your personal data

As provided for by the privacy legislation, you can always have your data modified / removed free of charge.

You have the right to access, to correct or remove the personal data we have received from you. Our contact details are at the bottom of this privacy statement.

You can also object to the use of your personal data (or a part thereof) by us or by one of our processors.

You also have the right to have the data provided by you to be transferred by BCCMA to yourself or by order of you directly to another party.

We can ask you to identify yourself before we complying with the afore mentioned requests.

BCCMA strives to protect your personal data as well as possible. This is done both by technical and organizational measures, as for example we have taken the following measures:

  • All persons who can take note of your data on behalf of BCCMA are obliged to observe confidentiality.
  • Personal data are backed up to be able to recover from physical or technical incidents.
  • Our employees have been informed about the importance of the protection of personal data.

How can you exercise your rights ?

To do this, it is sufficient to send an e-mail to bccma@bccma.be, mentioning your name and first name as well as the subject “Right on the protection of your personal data”. Enclose in attachment of the email a copy of the front side of your identity card. Do not forget to specify the respective files and the type of request in your e-mail (modification / deletion / transfer of your data).

You will also find at the bottom of every mailing the possibility to change your data or to unsubscribe from, for example, a newsletter.
